PROOF OF THE OPPRESSORS GOAL IS TO ENSLAVE US. The NDAA is an unconstitutional Law and is not enforceable. It states the government can detain you for being SUSPECTED in acts of terrorism, which includes belligerent acts…… This unconstitutional law also states this oppressive government can not only detain you for being SUSPECT, they can torture you, try you under a military tribunal and then execute you without a trial, an attorney, no phone calls, no right to see the witnesses, no right to question the witnesses and no right to see the evidence that is being used against you, just like the detainees at Gitmo. Let us define what they mean by suspect, shall we? Let us start with a belligerent act. Definition of ‘belligerent’ 1: waging war; specifically : belonging to or recognized as a state at war and protected by and subject to the laws of war 2: inclined to or exhibiting ASSERTIVENESS, hostility, or combativeness Definition of ‘assertiveness’ 1: disposed to or characterized by bold or confident statements and behavior 2: having a strong or distinctive flavor or aroma This law states if you are disposed to or characterized by bold or confident statements and behavior YOU ARE SUSPECT OF TERRORISM…….
