PROVEN JOBS PLAN - FIXING OUR ROADS & SEWERS Building on Success: As Mayor, I will create and implement a Roads and Sewers Investment Fund that will provided dedicated dollars to enhance our existing Capital forecast for 2015-2019 by earmarking $268 million. Our PROVEN JOBS PLAN means we can now act on a plan for BUILDING ON OUR SUCCESS that includes: 1. Developing and allocating a $268 million Roads and Investment Fund to immediately begin fixing our infrastructure. 2. Continue to Reduce Debt to reach $65 million by 2019. 3. Continue to Hold the Line on Taxes; and 4. Continue to Increase Reserves and reach a targeted projection of $140 million by 2018.
