He counsels companies, organizations and individuals on the protection of their intellectual property rights. He focuses his practice on establishing effective domestic and international trademark and copyright portfolios, and resolving intellectual property controversies between his clients and third parties, including trademark, copyright, domain-name and right-of-publicity disputes. He recently appeared on ESPN and CBS Radio to discuss the Washington Redskins trademark decision. Feldman was listed in Super Lawyers magazine as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013-2014 and a 2013 Legal Elite by Georgie Trend magazine. Darren Spielman, Kain & Associates Darren Spielman is a partner at the law firm Kain & Associates. He concentrates his practice in the field of intellectual property, with an emphasis on trademarks, trade secrets, domain-name disputes, copyright, libel and defamation. Spielman has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida. He also earned a masters degree in in mass communications from the University of Florida as part of a joint degree with the universitys Levin College of Law. Spielman has been honored with the Super Lawyers Rising Stars Award from 2009-2014, and also received American Registrys Top Attorneys Florida Outstanding Young Lawyers Award in 2011. Nancy J. Flint, Attorney at Law, P.A. Nancy J. Flint, Esq., has experience in acquiring and enforcing patents, trademarks, copyrights and domains in the United States and around the world. Flint is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Intellectual Property. She has counseled numerous clients regarding their intellectual property needs and transactions. Her degree in chemical engineering from Georgia Tech and Juris Doctor from teh University of Miami School of Law were both earned with highest honors. For a decade, she taught a class in patent law at the University of Miami School of Law as an adjunct professor. Her peers have rated her AV Premier for excellence in legal practice and in ethics under teh Martindale Hubbell certification procedure. She also has been named a Florida Legal Elite in intellectual property by Florida Trend Magazine.
