PSA: Every year, millions of people fail to recognize satire in The New Yorker, The Atlantic, and even The Onion. All of these embarrassing failures could be avoided by taking the simple step of remembering to replace the batteries in your satire detector. So, twice per year when we adjust our clocks, dont forget to install a few fresh 9-volts. Couldnt hurt to maybe rap it against the desk a couple times too, to make sure its still working.
