**PSA** (Public Service Announcement) The City of Winona has called for a Tag n Tow operation for those of you found in violation of alternate side parking. If you have to park on the street, park on the ODD house number side as tomorrow is the 23rd! From Winona Daily News - A tag and tow operation is set for Winona running from 12:01 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. Thursday morning. Any car found violating the citys alternate-side parking ordinance during that time will be ticketed and towed by Borkowski Towing and Salvage. Because Thursday is an odd-numbered day, cars need to be parked on the odd-side of the street during alternate-side parking hours. In order to retrieve a car removed during the tag and tow, owners need to first pay their $25 fine to the city before picking up their vehicle at Borkowskis.
