PSALM 51:11-12 Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. Loved ones, Sin is offensive to God and can lead to devastating coincidences. Knowingly sinning can be destructive to ourselves and worse, to our families. I often fail and sin, yet my goals are not to sin and offend my loving Jesus. Sin is offensive to Him and causes space between our Spirit and the Spirit of God. The Good News is that Jesus is full of grace and loves to forgive us, so we can always turn to Him and with humility ask for forgiveness of our sins. Anyone who has truly experienced the powerful presence of God, and those who have been filled with His Spirit would never want to lose such a beautiful gift from Jesus, yet turning to sin does just that. David from the Bible sinned horribly against God, yet these Words above show his desperation to return to the glory days of intimacy with God. God loves to reply to such humility with a "YES!" We all sin, but sinning is still not ok. We need to seek forgiveness! I love you! David Prayer of Salvation; For those that want to be Saved. Pray this prayer; Dear Jesus, I am a sinner and I need a Savior. Please forgive me of my sins. Jesus I am ready to place my trust in you. I believe you are the Son of God, that you came down from heaven and gave up your life for all sin and rose from the dead. Jesus, I need you in my life, I am inviting you into my life today. Amen.
