PSC Lecturers call upon School Education Authorities: PRESS STATEMENT Srinagar June 03,2014: A delegation of All J&K +2 PSC Lecturers’ Org today visited Civil Secretariat and called upon the authorities in School Education Department wherein the delegation brought into their notice (in writing) the non compliance and contempt thereof in a few cases; of the recent interim order issued by Honble J&K High Court (Jammu) against notional effect vide SWP No. 156/2014 and CMA No. 188/2014 Dated: 28.1.2014 through which the Govt. Order No. 1074-Edu of 2013 and 26-Edu of 2014 (pertaining to notionally benefited Lecturers elevated as Sr. Lectures and I/C Principals) was declared impugned by the Hon’ble Court. It was impressed upon the authorities that since the matter is subjudice, therefore the sanctity of interim order must be maintained till the final verdict comes out.
