Delay Tactics - dont know when, probably in a very very long time, if ever Delay tactics are attempts to put off as far into the future something that needs to be addressed; or to continually re-schedule to future dates; or to delay to reach an expiration date or end date. Fronts - whats the real reason Fronts are when one justification or reason is given, as a front, instead of the real, hidden, motive for the action or event. Possible but False - to deceive (linked to fronts and brainwashing) Administrations and people will sometimes claim that the reason for or the cause of something, is something, when this is actually false but possible, in order to hide the real reason, cause, or motive. Conflict and Division - divide and conquer Conflicts are often created to cause division so that the different conflicting groups can be more easily manipulated or controlled. Creating Chaos and Justification - for action and control Creating chaotic systems is often done to justify taking action or control over the system; or to justify new rules. Creating chaotic systems is also often a tactic done by organized crime to hide the crimes they commit, without rules and laws there is no crime committed. Creating justification is used in the workplace and in regimes. In the workplace it can involve participating employees in regimes it can involve the secret police, organized crime, and even terrorists to weaken civil rights and freedoms. Examples: Theres no deceit involved, we are just incompetent and make all kinds of errors. We dont understand your complaint, its too confusing, hard to understand, and unclear. We didnt know that by giving ourselves multi-million dollar bonuses and salaries the company would go bankrupt. The Administrative Frustrate and Discourage Game Administrations will sometimes use tactics to frustrate and discourage individuals. Examples: Delay and the Pretense of Incompetence tactics can be used to frustrate and discourage individuals. Complaints can be arbitrarily dismissed without giving any kind of reasoning, justification, or by simply using a general ambiguity. After filing forms and investing a lot of time, an individual can be advised at the end of the proceeding that he was in the wrong department or organization all along, and that the process needs to be restarted somewhere else. Tactics used to frustrate and discourage can also induce the feelings of hopelessness in individuals or victims.
