PT. Lestari Banten Energi, an Independent Power Producer and a subsidiary of Genting Group, is developing a 1 x 660MW PLTU Banten power plant in Banten Province, Indonesia. In view of our significant and growing business operations in Indonesia, we seek to hire qualified candidates to fill the following position to be based in Kelurahan Salira, Banten Province, with responsibilities and requirements as follows: HR Coordinator Responsibilities: General HR functions: recruitment, training, compensation, labour contract & dispute settlement. Report periodically regarding employee data, recruitment process and people development activities in accordance to work instructions. Ensure manpower need of each Department is fulfilled in accordance with time line and qualification requirement. Arrange and coordinate employee on-site training activities. Ensure personnel administration process is done in accordance with applicable procedures. Conduct General Affair activities and coordinate with Head Office to ensure service is suitable with site needs. Development and implementation of compensation & benefits strategies to include salary benchmarking, pension planning, benefits management, and annual compensation review exercises. Provide professional and succinct consultation on labour matters to all business unit heads and line managers. Advise and manage on a diverse range of strategic and operational issues which will include redundancy, complex disciplinary and grievance issues, employee tribunals and complex change management issues. Develop implements, enforces and monitors all human resources related policies and procedures, practices in compliance with Indonesian laws. Interpret, Administer, recommend and negotiate change the Company policies or Collective Labour Agreement. Perform adequate job evaluations, costing and review and revise compensation & benefits policies and provide necessary feedback to senior management where necessary. Responsible for the overall operational requirements in the areas of manpower planning and selection, performance management, rewards and recognition, labour relations, employee welfare, employee programs and communication. Provide business partners support functions such as review of policies and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions, consistent with strategic direction. Work closely with HR teams and Country Leaders across the region for HR activities. Requirements: Male or Female, 30 - 40 years old. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Management / Human Resources / Psychology. Candidate must have minimum 5 - 10 years as HR Coordinator / Supervisor. Has experience in handling more than 1000 employee. Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written. Candidate must have highly developed communication skills (oral & written), persuasive, hard worker, assertive and energetic. Preferably experienced in power plant industry. Fully understanding of Indonesian Manpower related regulation. Self-Driven, good manner and strong analytical skill. Well-Organized, disciplined, presentation, negotiation and good communication skill. Have a high motivation, high endurance and achievement responsibility in completing the work. Good personality, creative, high integrity, and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment. Good administrative, planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
