In conjunction with these responsibilities, the AP/AR team will provide support to the management and Directors of the company. We are seeking people with an enthusiastic approach to work and life and who can work as part of a small, but growing team 1 x Accounts Payable Supervisor 1 x Accountants Payable Assistant Main responsibilities: 1. Develop the inhouse AP/AR Division of the company 2. Assist in the preparation of invoices and timely payment of invoices with subcontractors, and contract counter parties. 3. Review and develop systems for ensuring best business practice as part of the AP/AR function. 4. To support the Management and Directors and the Company in ad hoc finance, tax and other finance related projects from to time.
