PTC Computer is completely SHIT. I swear will never buy even a dollar in there again. Mid of last month, I bought a brand new laptop from PTC. For not yet 3 weeks, i brought that laptop back and forth to PTC to fix for three times now and it took me more than an hour each time for travelling, queuing and waiting for them to fill in the required document to leave my laptop at their office. So far, my Brand new laptop is still at PTCs service center. I NEED THE LAPTOP TO WORK but its there at the PTC service center. I asked PTCs staffs to buy that laptop back with the cheaper price with my voluntarism of losing some amount of $ or change to the one that work proper for me but they said NO NO; Keep the laptop for them to fix. I requested them a few times to speak to the marketing manager, they said NO, NO; Keep the laptop for them to FIX. Then I called a few times to the office number to ask the call person to connect me to the marketing manger, the call person asked my name and purpose. I told her my name and I am your customer. After hearing my answer she said NO NO and connect me to the service center. Imagine, how many times? how much time? for me to waste with this laptop every month just to bring it to PTCs service center, if this laptop still dont work properly?? All in all, PTCs Marketing Manager is the KING but customers are the RUBBISH. Their marketing strategy is best in this competitive market environment. Well done PTC!
