PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: The Provincial Science and Technology Centers (PSTC) in Lingayen and Urdaneta City are open on August 21, even it is a holiday, to accept applications for the DOST-SEI Merit Scholarship Program and the RA 7687 Science and Technology Scholarship Program. Deadline for filing of application is on August 23 and the nationwide conduct of the scholarship examination is on September 22. For inquiries on the DOST undergraduate scholarship programs, applicants can contact the PSTC in Lingayen at (075) 529-1764 and PTSC in Urdaneta City at (075) 204-0286.
