PUERTO RICAN PARADE AND FESTIVAL DATE: March 23rd, 2011. Participants Arrival time: 8:00am. No later than 10:00am When arrive please look for your line up #. Parade will start at N. Hampton Ave. at 11:30am. Location: E. Robinson St and Fern Creek (set up) Parade will leave From N. Hampton Ave. Where to Park: At the parking lot at Festival Park by Livingstone St. that will be free for Participants at the parade only. Have somebody from your group to take you where the parade is going to be. Floats will stop at the empty lot across from Festival Park. Non Food Vendor Setup Load in/Load out Set up begins on Sunday March 23 from 8am until 9am. All vendors and sponsors should be directed to East Livingston Street in order to gain access into the event for set up. Directions are below. You can begin to tear down any time after 6pm on event date, however, no vehicles will be allowed to enter or leave the event until all of the spectators have left. This is approximately 7:30pm. You are permitted to walk your materials out at any time to expedite your exit. Be advised that Rene’s Productions does not provide tables, chairs, tents, electricity, water or decorations unless indicated in your contract. Credentials: None needed. must come through the event entrance on Livingston street. Anyone without a complimentary pass will be asked to pay the entrance fee. Parking: Parking is available until 10am without a fee. After 10am, anyone parking in the festival park area must pay $10.
