PUMPKIN PIE 3 cups canned pumpkin 1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon clove 6 eggs 12 ounces evaporated milk 2 1/2 cups milk 2 deep dish pie shells Directions: 1 Mix together pumpkin purée, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger nutmeg and cloves. In a separate bowl mix together the milk, eggs and evaporated milk. Add the milk mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix until combined. 2 Pour into prepared pie shells. Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
