PUNT, PASS & KICK RESULTS USA Football & the National Football League are excited to celebrate the NFL Punt, Pass & Kick 52nd Season. NFL-PPK the oldest grassroots initiative at the NFL continues to reach children ages 6-15 and allows them to experience the fun of learning football fundamentals in an engaging and supportive environment. The Billerica Recreation, in cooperation with Billerica High School Football, Billerica Pop Warner, and Recreation Flag Football Program hosted a local competition for the youth of Billerica on September 7, 2013. The following individuals were the 2013 local competition winners who will be going on to participate in the sectionals. Girls ages 6/7 winner was Hayleigh Cyrus with a total score of 64’7”; and ages 14/15 winner was Kayla Plum with a total score of 130’9”. Boys ages 6/7 winner was Siney Titldsley with a total score of 122’2”; ages 8/9 winner was Jason Martin with a total score of 139’3”; ages 10/11 winner was Johnny Wermecke with a total score of 173’9”; ages 12/13 winner was Aise Pream with a total score of 265’4”; and ages 14/15 winner was CJ Cyrus with a total score of 108’6”. Congratulations to the winners and all participants who did their very best. The Billerica Recreation Department would like to thank all the volunteers who made this event possible for the youth of Billerica.
