PUPPY ALERT! And a beautiful 8 month old to boot! Brandy came into Brooklyn ACC as a stray from Queens—but its clear, this little girl wasn’t out on the street for very long. In good health when she got there, she now has caught the shelter “cold”. From the first, she was fine with meeting new people cooperated with all the poking and prodding of her initial medical. And during her behavioral eval, Brandy showed what a great pup she is…she got all 1’s and 2’s. She wasn’t thrilled with that hand coming into her food dish but put up with it. And when that new dog came into the room she rushed over to say hi but showed no aggression. But ACC doesn’t really consider that she’s pretty, and a baby—she just needs to get out and they’ve put Brandy on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. So tonight, Brandy is looking for someone who will see that she’s such a good dog, that she so wants to learn all those grown up doggie things, that she wants to run and play like all the other good dogs, that she’s looking for those belly rubs. And in exchange, she promises to give you a gazillion doggie kisses for a very long time!
