PUSPO Bangladesh Monitoring & Documentation Officer (M&D) Job Description / Responsibility PUSPO Bangladesh in partnership approach with Manusher Jonno Foundation is going to implement `Strengthening Social Protection program for the poor` under SGSP in Mithpukur Upazila of Rangpur district. above position will be recruited for implementing the program intervention. Regularly monitor the progress of achievements through monitoring framework. Collect, validate, analyze and preserve project related information. Assist PC in preparing reports and giving guidance to implementation team. Installation and maintenance of ICT base grievance management system. Maintain effective relationship with LEB, GO-NGO, citizen forum leaders and Grievance management committee. Document project performances using multi means; Develop questionnaire and other tools for collecting community feed-back and opinions; Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements Masters (Statistics, MIS, IT are preferable). Experience Requirements Minimum 5 year(s) Additional Job Requirements 5 years of experience and of that, 3 years in M&E or MIS. Excellent compute skill with MS word, Excel/Access, Powerpoint, Internet and other communication softwares.
