Taste it if the lasa is to you desire na tamis-alat with luy-a, the one very distinct taste of a Catarmanon. If your taste reach that, then, that is it!!!! 4. Let it stand first for 15 minutes, hwag muna isalang sa kalan. 5. After 15 minutes.... its now time to salang it on fire ha ha! It is VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SET YOUR FIRE ON LOW FIRE, NOT VERY LOW... (abutan ka ng syam-syam). Constantly on LOW FIRE until it boils... sugkaya dayon bisan madami pa gata, parang lugaw pa. Cover it, then sugkay again alternately until its almost dry na of the gata on top. Immediately, adjust the fire to very low para, pa-inin na.
