PUTTING THE CHRIST BACK IN CHRISTMAS! First off, it was never there to begin with. Its not in there...at all! Christmas, Easter..they are not in the Bible...NOWHERE! These are post-Jesus INVENTIONS. NO reference to either of these events or Holidays is supported by the Bible. They are simply NOT IN THERE! SO YOU CALL YOURSELF A CHRISTIAN! When did Jesus tell us to Celebrate his Birthday? NEVER! So putting the Christ back in Christmas (A Roman invented Holiday) is literally impossible. Secondly...What did Jesus say? ...Far MORE than most Christians care to acknowledge, but far less than has ever been attributed to him. Jesus was a hieratic, look up the word! He challenged LIES, and he was also a rebel, look up that word, because he preached against the state and all its many excesses, against its hypocrisy, and against its abuse of power and its greed! Okay so: What would Jesus do? NOT, what did my Pastor tell me, or what does the doctrine of my church tell me to believe, or what I do I think HE might have said and stood for based on my current political or socio-ecomonic beliefs, or especially based on anyones prejudice or agenda, including your and my own! Based solely on what Jesus actually SAID. What would Jesus do? in any given situation. What he said is what he did...Always!
