Worked in various organizations in the software/ consultancy industry for over 22 years and settled down in Pallassana village in Palakkad district, indulging in farming and organizing farmers to reinvent a demand driven crop pattern and to eliminate middlemen exploitation by replicating an Amul Model farmers’ group marketing initiative. Also pursuing consultancy services for few startups, on IT strategy, systems & processes for optimization and QA controls. Contributed significantly in establishing sustainable development models in micro enterprises through effective common man empowerment and by attempting innovative alternative solutions, across the country. Participated in ‘India Against Corruption’ movement from Hyderabad. Written articles in various print media and an ardent blogger responding to the issues around constantly and consistently.
