Padua Franciscan High School Major Gifts Coordinator Padua Franciscan High School in Parma, Ohio is seeking a skilled development professional to coordinate major and planned gift activities. Coordinator will assist in the identification, research, cultivation, and solicitation of significant gifts and have primary management responsibility for the endowment fund, including the promotion of planned giving. Also assist with major gift portion with current capital campaign. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years comprehensive experience in fund development, with particular focus on personal solicitation and a working knowledge of deferred giving techniques. Exceptional writing and communication skills are required. Bachelors degree or higher necessary as well as a commitment to the ideals of St. Francis of Assisi and Catholic education.
