Pag open ko ng computer ito ang nabasa ko sa wall ng asawa ko ko.... keep your emotions checked ^_^. Never speak what you are thinking, No one should know why you do things differently. just let everything unfold. do not mind what other people say because what they say is what they are; not you ^_^. When you build a team be sure that everyone contributes if one team member pulls it down better kick him out or else its a domino effect. Keep your eyes on the ball not on the profit. Most importantly what ever you do dont decide when you are confuse, let it subside first then think and organize your thoughts and take it into action. It may be positive or negative outcome but at lease you know what happen and thats the important thing. when it comes to market, its like a band whatever genre you are you always have a crowd ^_^. Just do what you like to do, competitors are just like a rear view mirror you glance to it once in a while but keep your eyes on the road always. Formlessness is the the key to everything ^_^
