Pageant Directors: We would love for you to join our pageant directors program. Basically what we do is whenever you get a new set of title holders they will come to our studio for portraits and also an on location photo shoot. The directors will be sent of our favorite images at no charge to use for advertisements, websites, etc.. ALL we ask is that where ever you use our photography that we get the proper credit for the images on the photograph, we should be listed as a sponsor, get a full page ad in the program book, and make it mandatory for the girls to make appearance to a few of our events. Please dont share the images online without our online logo on them though, and please dont give the images to the ladies since they are responsible for purchasing them if they want them. Unfortunately the way technology today has advance people just copy them without paying for them. So we ask that any image that goes online, web, Facebook, etc, please use the image that has our logo across the picture. We will send you a logo file for web use and a file that has our logo at the bottom for you as the director to be able to print from as you please. The ladies are under no obligation to purchase anything, but if they want to, they will be responsible for purchase their own portraits for their families, autograph cards, or whatever they need right after portraits are taken. Its a win win for everyone. You will receive beautiful portraits of your new queens to use for your pageant system, the queens will get the opportunity to purchase their formal portraits, and we will have more amazing portraits to display in our studio. Please let your queens know that they will view and place all orders of their portraits right after they are photographed so come prepared. Anyone that has financial say so in placing orders with them will need to be present. Quick and easy. Your order is mailed directly to you, so no need to make several trips for your order process. REMINDER, Whoever is financially responsible for the order will need to be present, so that a valued appointment is not waisted. ANOTHER good reason to join forces with us, we are apart of MANY charity organizations. We call upon our pageant ladies to join us at these charity events. We ask that the directors make a few of our charity appearances mandatory with their new crown. We would greatly appreciate it. They need to make appearances and we need wonderful people to support our fabulous causes. Its another win-win..
