Paia - Auckland - Overall we were very satisfied and impressed with the service received. Technicians were friendly competent, and flexible to work around us while we cleaned like crazy for our handover deadline. Also we were very impressed that they offered to clean the carpet in the garage although it was not in the original request. (We paid to have the garage carpet installed and were going to remove it for re-use at new place in its dirty condition) We showed them a problem spot on the corner that we only discovered once the TV was removed and the guys had no problem working on the stain and getting rid of it. Once the work was finished the carpets looked fantastic and smelt great too! I used your company 5 years ago when I was moving from my rental in Ranui and was impressed with the efficiency and approachability of the tech and the result was of excellent quality so I had no hesitation getting in touch with Tulips when we needed the carpets cleaned in Mt Wgtn this past weekend. Moving house is very stressful and disruptive and a time when you are needing trade services to be reliable, efficient and provide quality service with room for hiccups or changes.
