Paid internships: Internships end with the election first week in November. Yoder For Congress is seeking to hire interns to work in the field of our grassroots campaign. Congressman Yoder is running for reelection in the 3rd District of Kansas, so the work will be in the Johnson, Wyandotte, and Miami county area. Interns will participate in all aspects of a grassroots campaign, from neighborhood canvasing to phone banking. They will also help compile data from the field and run campaign events. No prior campaign experience required; we are looking for people who can learn quickly and work hard. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills will be important for this position. Both full and part-time work is available, and were happy to cooperate with the school to provide class credit when applicable. We can also offer to pay a small monthly stipend.
