The paidmedia is full of news that Chinese have intruded in Ladakh area. . Much of the blame goes to previous regimes. USA had made PVNR PM of India and MMS the FinMin of India on the conditions that they would ruin Indian Military , manufacturing and also agriculture. PVNR was shakuni, not a chanakya as paidmedia often says. Later, ABV between 1996-1998 tried to improve India, but after USA won Kargil war, and India\Pakistan both lost Kargil war, ABV gave up. And Sonia-MMS too implemented the US proposals to weaken Indian Military, weaken local weapon manufacturing etc etc. so that we become more and more dependent on foreign countries for defence. . But present BJP regime has 80-140 MPs, from 1989-1996, 2004-2014 when Congress was in power. And BJPs last incarnation Jansangh has been having MPs in Parliament since 1951. . All BJP MPs never proposed any private members bill to improve courts, improve manufacturing etc, And BJP MPs had also supported Jawahar Ghazis proposal to kill Jury System in India in 1956, which led to weakening of Indian industries, BJP MPs also never moved any private members bills to abolish cumbersome taxes like excise, CST, sales tax, VAT, octroi etc. And even during their six year regime, BJP MPs refuse dto improve court, print law-drafts to reduce land prices such as wealth tax, inheritance tax, abolish complex taxes like VAT, CST, excise etc. And since 1991 BJP MPs have been supporting laws like Mauritius companies will pay no taxes and so forth. . Even now, BJP MPs including NaMo refused to print any law-draft to improve courts, abolish excise, abolish CST, abolish VAT etc and instead move to regime based on wealth tax, inheritance tax, income tax with no exemptions like SEZ etc. BJP MPs and NaMo also support laws such Mauritius companies will pay no taxes, which further weaken Indian manufacturers. . NaMo was never an MP. But he has been having over a dozen MPs under him since 2002. And NaMo refused to ask MPs to submit necessary private members bills to fix the courts, tax system, reduce land prices, shift clerical burden from factory owners to Govt and so forth. And the trend goes on. Past 100 days show major changes such as 100% FDI in defence, 100% FDI in railways, inviting Japanese to make bullet train and so forth, but saw no law-drafts to fix rampant nepotism in supreme\high\lower courts, now law-drafts to reduce tax load on factory owners and shift them to land hoarders, reduce clerical workload on factory owners to Govt and so forth. . And as of now, AAP MPs and AK are also opposing the proposals to submit necessary private members bill to improve courts, reduce tax loads on factory owners and shift them on to land hoarders, move clerical burden from factory owners to Govt etc etc. They insist that voters should give them 273 seats in Lokasabha before they will even show the draft of the bills !! And then next excuse will be see , we dont have majority in Rajyasabha. . So while Congress regimes of are most responsible, the existing BJP MPs including NaMo are to a lesser extent responsible for present state of affairs. Their refusal to move necessary private members bills to fix the system is the proof. . Solution? . Solution I propose to activists is that they should come out of SoMoKe-andbhakati and focus on law-drafts needed to improve courts, reduce land prices, reduce clerical load on factory owners and reduce arbitrariness of pollution control officers and so forth. More the activists waste time in SoMoKe-andhbhakti, slogan shouting, rallying etc, more will the increase in the gap between China and Indias strength. Finally, only solution left to us to deal with Chinese threat will be --- accept all conditions of USA !! Which will lead to bigger set of weaknesses. . As far as I know, CoBhApSwaRa-workers have opposed all law-drafts and insisted on neta pujan, andhbhakti, slogan shouting etc only. You decide which group you want to follow. .
