Contact at Email umarabid76@yahoo o9760419004) An Appeal of Noor saba 72 years old widow of a great teacher and excellent an education to all public, Human Rights organizations, print & electronic Media to come forward to my help to get Justice after the door has been closed by the Hon’ble President of India to deny Justice to me and to deny take back all national and state Award, Medals, certificates of honor were conferred on my late husband by Hon’ble president of India my Rights and justice have been fully killed from ill felling in pressure of Beureucates by Honb’le Chief Justice Supreme Court Mr. P. Sathashivam Justice Rajan Googai, Mrs Justice Rajana Prakash Desai and Mr. justice A.K. Mathur dismissed the Matters one by one in self motion to save the delinquent Beurucatesn from punishment of grossest Criminal Contempt besides perjury by making mockery of law and Constitution and judicial process in brazen manner caused misbehaved and threatened to me “LOOK HORNS WITH GOVERNMENT SERVANT” mean “Government officers se punga mat lana” in open Court in presention of Beureucates who were smiling in Court room, perhaps I has to be sent in prison after the truth come out before public as well as various fake Civil and Criminal Cases are initiating against me by Beureucates to arrange local Criminals by money who are tallying themselves as political worker of smajwadi party to bring me under pressure. My Rights has been killed, my house has been grabbed, all thinks of house hold has been grabbed in dacoity, I have made depraved from all remedy of law by Courts and I have became as Accused by Courts using judicial power as instrument of harassment and weapon of blackmail to me. Violators of Human rights:- The farmer and present Chief secretary U.P. Goovernment Prashant kumar Misra, Anup Misra, Javed usmai, Accountant general Sharad Chaturvedi, Director of Education Dinesh Chand Kanujia, Assistant Director of Education S.p. tyagi, District basic education officer S.T. Hussain and Narander pal singh (both are in prison in other corruption case), present district Basic Education officer shyam kishore tiwari are my human rights violators. Killer of my Human Rights: Chief justice of India Mr P.Sathashivam and his Hon’ble brother Judges Mr. Ranjan googai, Mrs Ranjana prakash Desai not only killer of my Human Rights but killer of law, justice togiving impession that they are not defender of truth and law and protector of the right of minority lady but violators of law and rights of minority lady and thereby defaced the name of judiciary to which they belong. Silently Spectator on this issue:- The speakers of parliament, Indian Human Rights Commission, National women Commission and Hon’ble president of India have became silent spectators on this issue to whom petitions have filed by me .where mockery of my plight and suffering are making to deprave me all remedy of law. Who I AM :- I feels proud to be the wife of Mr. Masood Umar Khan with farmer president of India Dr. Zakir Hussain, who was teacher of my late husband were founder various schools, colleges, library, faculties. My late husband Awarded Meritorious Service Medal, Efficiency Award, Praise Award Worthy public servant Award, Padam shree Award and also recipient 5th letter of Appreciation by Hon’ble President of India and Governor of U.P My late husband was Worthy son of Justice Sardar wali khan the one of the founder of jamia miliya university, New Delhi. Infringement of my Human Rights :- My late husband Masood umar khan was appointed as Head Master on 5-4-1959 and he died on duty by heart attack on 5-4-1980 as of head master in Government Public School Rampur, U.P. Since 1980 I have not slept even for a second during 35 years which has proved in medical Reports How I am alive? causes physical, financial and Counter less Mental harassment are extending to me last 35 years by Making deprived from family pension, Gratuity, Insurance policy, General Provident fund and other Post retrial benefits of my Late husband by delinquent officers of state education department as I had declined to pay bribe to them for the same As How alleged Human Rights have been Infringed :- The unabashed Beureucates not only removed entire original Government service Records pertain to Government service of My late husband from Education office in the year 1980 and forged documents in support thereof were placed but they were framed large number of wholly proved forged Judicial and public documents included forged Judgment of High Court of Allahabad and proved forged order of president of India to show falsely payment in order to defeat my entitlements. Which were filed in Supreme Court obtained favorable Judgment dated 29-7-2008 to mislead the Supreme Court to which they were prosecuted under Contempt of Court in Criminal Contempt no 7 of 2009 which was proved in proceeding Initiation of Frivolous Civil and Fake Criminal Cases: on other hand in order to bring me under pressure I have not only falsely implicated under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 307 I.P.C vide proved fake charge no99/10 by Beureucates to arrange local criminal by money who belonged to ruling party where my entire family were summoned vide fake summoning order dated 24-6-2010 framed by delinquent Chief judicial Magistrate namely Arvind kumar srivastav and Additional Session judge Alka srivastav using fake signature of Additional Chief judicial Magistrate Mr.vipin kumar if (i)Forge charge sheet no-99/10 dated 24-6-2010 as Annexure-1, (ii) fake summoning order dated 24-6-2010 issued to me on 27-7- 2010 as Annexure-2 and 2nd Copy of above fake summoning order issued to me on 23-2-2011 as Annexure-3 The above three forged judicial orders not only issued different fake signature of A.C.J.M. Mr vipin kumar which are not tallying to his original signature signed in other judicial order dated 22-2-2010 as Annexure-4 it is a grievous interference in the most precious right of my personal liberty. Complaint to Chief justice High Court of Allahabad: a Complaint for taking legal action in this regard sent to Hon”ble Chief justice high Court on 21-11-2013by me.but did not receive any response till date. Complaint U/S 340Cr.PC to District Session judge, Rampur: A judicial Complaint for taking legal action in this regard filed by me on 25-11-2013.in Court of session judge but no order has been passed either by district session judge, Rampur or by the High Court on judicial complaint filed on 21-11-2013 and 25-11-2013 till date under section 340 Cr.P.C but I have forcibly disposed from own dwelling house grabbed by Criminals all thing of my house hold were grabbed in dacoity no F.I.R. was registered in this regard. Entitlements & Human Rights have killed by Hon’ble Chief Justice of India and his brother Hon’ble judges:- A noble State like India one hand given Awards, Medals, Certificates of honor to a public Servant for his exemplary works on other hand his judges awarded death sentence and starvation to his widow to oblique motive. My Human Rights and Entitlements were killed by Hon’ble Chief Justice of India Mr. P. Sathashivam, Mr. Justice Ranjan Googai and Mrs Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai who has the duty to protect the same under Article 32 of the constitution of India Damages caused not only to me but the fair name of judiciary to dismiss Matter one by one in self motion vide order dated 2-9-2013 passed in 2nd Civil Contempt no 3 of 2012 as under. Wrong Disposal of Writ Petition (civil)no 503 of 2007:- Which was field by applicant in supreme Court praying for direction to release my family pension and other post retiral benefit of my late husband who expired on duty on 5-4-1980 as head master in Govt. public school Rampur the above petition was deliberately disposed of vide Judgment dated 29-7-2008 observed 12th forged judicial documents with threatened by Justice A.K. MAthur to the Applicant “LOOK HORNS WITH GOVERNMENT SERVANT” mean “Government officers se punga mat lena” Interlocutory Application dated 18-11-2009 :- The above application under Article 32 of the constitution of India filed by me in above writ petition to reviewing Judgment dated 29-7-2008 delivered on 12th forged documents which entertained by Supreme Court vide order dated 27-9-2009 to issue notice to the respondents which is still pending and above errorness Judgment has not reviewed till date. Dismissal of proved Criminal Contempt no 7 of 2009 – The above Contempt was filed by me in Supreme Court against Beurucates who had obtained favorable Judgment dated 29-7-2008 in writ petition (civil) no 503 of 2007 at the strength of 12th wholly proved forged Judicial documents in order to disregard Entitlements of the Applicant to mislead Supreme Court The error apparent on face of the record that above Criminal Contempt neither came up for hearing since 1-4-20010 in Court nor heard on 30-7-2013 except 2nd civil contempt no 3 of 2012 yet the same was dismissed in self motion without hearing and with out given fair deal to Applicant vide order dated 2-9-2013 passed in 2nd civil Contempt no 3 of 2012 in pressure of Bureaucrats in order to save them from punishment of Contempt besides perjury. Which amounts to Contempt of Judicial process and Misconduct as judges. Dismissal of first Civil Contempt no 6 of 2009 :- Which was filed by Applicant to enforce the Judgment dated 29-7-2008 passed by Hon’ble Chief Justice of India in writ petition (civil) no 503 of 2007 and for punish to Bureaucrats for its willful disobedience which has been proved in proceeding the above Civil Contempt neither came up for hearing in Court since 1-9-2010 nor heard on 30-7-2013 except 2nd Civil Contempt no 3 of 2012 yet the same was dismissed in self motion by judges vide order dated 2-9-2013 passed 2nd Civil Contempt no 3 of 2012 with out hearing and with out given fair deal to Applicant to surge their bounded duty to enforce his Judgment dated 29-7-2008 to commit contempt of Judicial process. Dismissal was done to discharge delinquent public servant from responsibility and Accountability for physical financial and Counter less mental Harassment which are extending during last 35 years by Bureaucrats to Applicant by Making depraved from her entitlements. Disposal of Second Civil Contempt no 3 of 2012 :- The above Contempt was filed by Applicant against the Chief Secretary U.P. Govt. namely Javed Usmani and Accountant General, U.P. Sharad Chaturvedi for not implementing order dated 1-9-2010 passed by Hon’ble Chief Justice of India in Contempt no 6 of 2009. The same was came up for final hearing on 30-7-2013 which was disposed of vide order dated 2-9-2013 to supper imposed the seal of truth over the falsehood of the Beureucates to make false averment by Hon’ble Chief Justice P. Satha Shivam and his brother judges in their order dated 2-9-2013 that Judgment dated 29-7-2008 passed in writ petition (civil) no 503 of 2007 had complied on 06-08-2008 to ignore 215 documentary evidence. Whether Judgment dated 29-7-2008 has complied :-The fallacy of false averments of above judgment passed in 2nd Civil Contempt no 3 of 2012 is ascertained to the enquire report dated 19-5-2012 of Chief treasury officer, Rampur, U.P. which was submitted in Supreme Court through Accountant General. U.P. (kindly see ANNEXURE-1)Clearly says that Chief treasury officer admitted that Noor saba neither is getting any family pension nor (i) any pension sanctioning order (ii) any Pensions payment order P.P.O. (iii) any P.P.O. number were/have issued in faver of Applicant from 1980 till now which are evident of pension and other benefits. Whether judgment dated 2-9-2013 was changed:- it was informed to Applicant by Beurocates that original judgment was delivered by Chief justice of India in 2nd Civil Contempt no 3 of 2012 the same were removed by us at the time of its pronouncement on 2-9-1013 through his staff The Applicant moved an application on 11-12-2013 before Hon’ble Chief justice of India to know the truth in this regard but dit not receive any response till date. Petition to Hon’ble President of India :- That above petition has filed on 11-12-2013 by Applicant Before Hon’ble president of India praying to make high power enquiry to do justice under Article 39(A) of the Constitution of India which mandates that as executive of the state the president of India has duty to Constitute high power enquiry committee under his supervisory control on account of brought violation of law and Justice, brought violation of Human Rights of Applicant total Miscarriage of Justice were committed by Hon’ble Chief Justice of India and his brother judges otherwise compelled the Applicant all national and state Awards, Medals, Certificate of Honors. Letters of Appreciations like padam shree Award Unjust and unfair Action of President House :- That one of the principles of civilized Jurisprudence is that “no man shall Judge in his own cause” I was shocked to find that my above petition was wrongly forwarded vide order dated 16-12-2012 by the under secretary to the Chief Secretary of U.P. Government, who was main Respondent in the matter in Supreme Court to enquire falsehood of Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court Instead of Constituted high level enquire committee under Supervisory control of president of India. It is a travesty of law and Justice made by under secretary of president House. Unjust and unfair Action on complaint under section 340 Cr.P.C. A second petition under section 340 Cr.P.C. read with section 1951 I.P.C. addressed to Hon’ble Supreme Court filed on 11-12-2012 before president of India praying to forward the same to Hon’ble Chief Justice Supreme Court for Registering first Information Report for initiating proceeding for perjury of Supreme Court committed by delinquent Beureucates which was deliberately forwarded to Chief Secretary of U.P. Govt who is one of the Accused herein by under secretary of president of India vide order dated 16-12-2013 instead of forwarded to the Supreme Court of India will Chief Secretary Initiating proceeding of perjury himself It is a travesty of law and Justice and Constitution which can not be expected to the Constitutional authorities like which made by under secretary of president House. Grossest injustice has came to me to commit self immolation I have impelled to commit self immolation (AATMDA) being aggrieved by reprehensible and disruptionary manner of Constitutional authorities who destroyed image, dignity, high stream of justice, ability and fairness of judiciary killed my fundamental rights instead of vindicate the rights of the citizen it is perhaps one of the most unpleasant episode in the portal of the highest Court of the land where the administration of justice has been prevented, prejudice, obstructed, motivated and hold up by bureaucracy as whole
