Painful changes have entered my life,Lord. They put me on the defensive & Ive been fighting them until Im weak & confused. Im glad that You dont require physical strength to do battle for righteousness. You helped young David defeat Goliath with just one stone & a sling because he trusted You to be his deliverer. In the same way I offer you my faith with the understanding that You will make it powerful enough to conquer situations regardless of how hopeless they may seem. As the grief attacks me,set me firmly in the refuge of Your Son,who NEVER changes. Keep me faithful in suffering,to earn Your approval & not that of others. Thank You for loving me,Lord,even when I hurt.
