Pakistani Consumer 1. This consumer is always wrong because this consumer does not know her rights. 2. This consumer pays for fake goods and services because manufacturers and service providers compete with each other for substandard and counterfeit goods and services. 3. For this consumer receiving safe and excellent products and services is an achievement, not a right. 4. This consumer does not accept it when he becomes a victim of outright fraud because it hurts his ego. His peers laugh at his stupidity when he is wronged. 5. This consumer worries to approach regulatory authorities, government and courts to seek redress because he is too lazy to seek justice. And everybody knows trampling over his rights does not cause any uproar. 6. This consumer fights ferociously for personal power but fighting for collective rights makes him so depressed that he prefers to stay out of it. 7. This consumer is willing to bribe because he thinks complaints are just like lost voices in desert. 8. This consumer behaves like a medieval serf by trying to please service provider with bribes and supplications. 9. Nobody represents this consumer not even himself.
