Palestinian Security Forces trying to forcefully put a stop to a peaceful rally in Ramallah. Mahmoud Abbas and his security forces have proven and continue to prove that they have Israels best interests at heart. This is just a small example. When the Israeli military raids towns that are supposedly under Palestinian control, Abbas thugs clear the streets allowing the Israelis to accomplish their missions. They dont run and hide from the Israelis, rather, they work with them and give them room. Unfortunately Abas is just another politician, like any other, an employee of Israel. Dont ever believe that Mahmoud Abbas cares for anything more than his position. If he were a true leader, he would have been in this peaceful rally himself. While Israel publicly complains that Abbas doesnt act as a partner for peace, the reality is that he works very hard for Israel. He is not an honest leader at all. Yes, the US is not a neutral broker in the so-called peace process between Palestine and Israel, but its only a show. The United States, Israel AND the Palestinian Authority are on the effectively on the same side while the losers are the Palestinian people. Mahmoud Abbas term in office expired without any elections. He must go. Thats it. No one wants the Palestinians to fight among themselves and I pray that they dont, however, they need to stand up together and tell him that its time to go. If he stays, its only because Israel will fight to keep him. Abbas needs to know that hes the most irrelevant person in the struggle for Palestine. Btw, Hammas term has expired as well. When the fighting in Gaza hopefully stops, and when Palestinians get rid of Abbas, all of Palestine needs one election that in which all Palestinians, in and out of Palestine, will vote, regardless of what any foreigner thinks or wants.
