I was at the July meeting of the Palm Beach Gardens Planning and Zoning board as one of the members stated the traffic in that area is already atrocious. Need we all make it super-atrocious by approving a development that will add thousands of car trips per day? The developer’s line about synchronized traffic lights is akin to a drop in the ocean. And let us not forget to account for the extra traffic on PGA Boulevard now with Trader Joe’s, with the approved large FPL project, and proposed development of former Loehmann’s Plaza.
