Panda Bear - boundaries, spirit, ritual By Vickie Graff Panda carries a strong spirit, one that is happiest when its world is centered and his boundaries are set and not being challenged. Otherwise Panda is a emotional creature. Sensitive to his surroundings, his food, and his partners, or family. So when Panda is having a bad time, everyone will be aware not to cross Panda. For the tears and out bursts will flow. Panda teaches much wisdom in his very existence. Patience and setting boundaries, having a calm existence and a playful attitude leads to a very happy Panda. But when one stresses the environment of a Panda his very existence is challenged. He has a very carefree spirit and one of great courage and stamina. He teaches us all the need for a delicate balance with nature if we want our world to have animals and plants in it. Steady your pace, set your boundaries of what you will and wont do. Then steadily go forward with your day. Solve any conflicts as soon as you can, so you can get on with the living of life. Bring forth your happy self and face your challenges with gentleness and playfulness, if possible. We need to try and slow down and enjoy life.
