Paneer Days are back Again !!!! So Relished dis exotic delicacy ...dont knw why is it called dis....but realy does not matter :) :) Reshmi Paneer Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer) 500 gramsTomato seeded and cut into thin strips1 mediumOil 1 tablespoonOnion 1 mediumCumin seeds 1 teaspoonGreen capsicum 1 mediumGarlic paste 1 teaspoonGinger paste 1 teaspoonCoriander powder 2 teaspoonsTurmeric powder 1/2 teaspoonTomato puree 1 cupSalt to tasteRed chilli powder 2 teaspoonsFresh coriander sprigs 8-10 Fresh cream 1/2 cupGaram masala powder 1 tablespoonGinger juliennes for garnish Method Step 1 Heat oil in a non-stick pan.Step 2 Cut onion into half and slice.Step 3 Add cumin seeds and onion to the pan and saute well.Step 4 Cut capsicum into thin strips and add alongwith tomato. Toss.Step 5 Add garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Saute well.Step 6 Add tomato puree, toss to mix and cook further.Step 7 Cut cottage cheese into thick fingers.Step 8 Add salt and red chilli powder to the pan and mix well. Add little water, mix well and cook. Add cottage cheese.Step 9 Finely chop coriander sprigs.Step 10 Add cream to the pan and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix well.Step 11 Add chopped coriander and mix well. Let it get heated through.Step 12 Serve hot garnished with ginger juliennes. By Chef Sanjeev Kapoor !!!
