#Pantry Stocking continues… #Freezing #Herbs. Here are a couple ways to Freeze Herbs to have them at your disposal during the winter months. Today I processed #Sage, #Basil and #Parsley. I find sage to be pretty intense, so I chose to freeze the sage individually in ice cube trays. I froze the parsley 2 ways; first I spread the parsley in a single layer on a cookie sheet, into the freezer until frozen then bagged them up, the second way (I also did this for the basil, it is my preferred way to freeze herbs), make a paste in the food processor with parsley (or basil) and some good olive oil, and freeze in either ice cube trays or mini muffin pans. Once frozen, remove, bag and don’t forget to label. #DIY #HomeMade #recipe
