Paperwork Ive always hated to do all the paperwork that it - TopicsExpress

Paperwork Ive always hated to do all the paperwork that it takes to live in our complex cultures. When my wife was alive, she took care of most of it, and I was always grateful. She was very adept at winding her way through all the bureaucracy. She always told me, “You go align the stars baby, Ill pay attention to the lights on the dashboard of the car.” Now that she is gone, Ive found myself surrounded by paperwork stacked up head high and to get through all of it, Ive had to adjust my view of what paperwork is and why I need to get it all done. I used to look at it as just a time consuming bother ---artifacts of a bureaucracy that has grown creaky and dilapidated with time. Now I look at it as part and parcel of getting what I need done to make it through as the days go by. My labors of love, are the thoughts I grow in the fields of my minds eye, and the paperwork of our culture is just part of the weeding I have to do each day, if I want to clear the fields for a good crop of ideas to grow.
