Parent Service Hour Program Please be reminded that each family is responsible for a minimum of 15 parent service hours each school year. If this minimum requirement is not met by the end of March each year, you will be assessed up to $500 depending on the number of hours worked. YOU MUST TURN IN A PARENT SERVICE HOUR FORM WITH APPROVED SIGNATURES TO THE BUSINESS OFFICE IN ORDER FOR US TO RECORD THEM. WE DO NOT RECEIVE SIGN IN SHEETS FROM DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES; IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY COMPLETE AND TURN IN YOUR SERVICE HOUR FORMS. If you work more than 15 hours in a given school year, your name will be placed in a drawing for $500 off of tuition for the following school year. **NEW** You will be awarded an additional entry into the drawing for every 5 hours worked in excess of the minimum required hours. For example, if you turn in the following number of APPROVED hours, you will receive the following number of entries into the drawing: 15 hours – no entry into drawing 15-20 hours – 1 entry 21-25 hours – 2 entries 26-30 hours – 3 entries 31-35 hours – 4 entries We are in the process of modifying the list of approved service hour opportunities and will post them on our website before the new school year begins.
