~Parents may be concerned that their child will be disadvantaged if computers are absent from the classroom in the early grades. Though broadly propagated, this fear is unfounded. In Waldorf schools, where the vast majority of computer-aided learning occurs in high school, students readily master computing and programming skills; more important, they graduate with the key capacities — independent thinking, collaboration, creativity and curiosity—that our future demands.
