If you read the attachment at the bottom of the email , Portable Technology Use Guidelines, the 6th paragraph says they we (parents) are financially responsible for loss or damage. Damaged would include someone being accidentally bumped in the hall or having it knocked out of a students hand. I for one am refusing to sign this until this mess is settled. I am NOT going to be held financially responsible for The High Five and their stupidity.
