Parents our children are alot smarter than we think... Sometimes we have to pick and choose our conversations about bills money etc carefully... Yes our children need to understand that they cant have everything that they want but we have to show them how the world a job education and money works... Im In a meeting with a young man right now who feels like he shouldnt ask his parents about money for college student loans financial aid or anything because it was instilled in him that he was poor and never could afford to do what others around him could... We prayed and talked about his talent with music and his goals...After an hour of talking to him and his parents we just got off the phone with assistant band director at Penn State university...its still in the making but hes in line to receive a full ride Scholarship to this university... This young man has maintained a 3.5 GPA since 9th grade... Very talented in music...What God has for you is for you... Dont give up on your hopes and dreams of becoming whatever your heart desires... The worst thing you can do is not act on the things that can help you reach your destiny... Faith without works is dead... Im so glad God placed me in the right place at the right time... God is the source and if we are supposed to have it he will put us right in line to receive it... This is a praise report... All praise goes to God... Amen.
