Parents said Manchester Elementary principal Tammy Holland ordered the children to walk on a dirt track until their parents either brought a change of clothes or took them home. They said the children werent allowed to eat breakfast when they arrived at the school. They said teachers were told not to give the children any water while they walked. Parents said the children were allowed to stop walking and come inside only after administrators in the school systems central office were notified about the situation.
