Park Hills/ Leadington City Wide Yard Sale Permits on Sale Now! The two-city sale is slated for Saturday, August 10, 2013. Sponsored by the Park Hills – Leadington Chamber of Commerce. 83 Sales Registered in 2012! Park Hills residents must purchase a permit in order to sell. Leadington residents are not required to purchase a permit to sell, however to be included in the map and advertising opportunities, special permit is required. All permits must be purchased prior to 4:30 p.m. Monday, August 5th. Maps featuring area sales will be available at the Chamber office August 7th thru the 9th for $1.00.
