Parmesan zucchini recipe! It was yummy! This is a vegetable I have little experience with so i was nervous to give it a try. The recipe is: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 4 zucchini, sliced into chips 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1/4c shredded Parmesan cheese 1) in a large sauté pan, heat oil over high heat and sauté the onions until they begin to soften 2) add the garlic and sauté 1 minute, then add the zucchini. Cook covered until is the zucchini is crisp tender 3)season with salt, pepper and toss with Parmesan cheese *i cut the recipe in half*
