Part 1: (See also part 2) cytologic diagnosis: F, 17-year-old . no prior history, clear vaginal discharge. A ThinPrep pap We have: - tight cell clusters, - three-dimensional tissue fragments (papillary projections with smooth borders not ciliated) - palisading feathering of nuclei - small strips and rosettes - mitos - the background showed bloody diathesis clinging to the tumor cells. Suspicious for an endocervical neoplasm but what about the patients young age?????? The best diagnosis is AGUS!
