Part 1 of 2 I met w/ our Sr. Mgmt team and here was the consensus…we have no problem grounding your vehicle and processing it as “early termination”. Just as you requested, we are moving the maturity date up to 9/27/13. There will be no adverse effect to your credit. In the next step, the car will be taken to auction and sold to the highest bidder. Here’s the potentially bad news, IF there is a deficiency – you may be liable. Not sure what the odds are on that one. We can talk specifics, if you are available, tomorrow (?)
