Part II: Yesterday, I missed my connector plane to Scottsbluff - TopicsExpress

Part II: Yesterday, I missed my connector plane to Scottsbluff out of Denver. One option was to fly to Cheyenne. An older lady (standing at the counter) who was going to be on the same flight, offered to give me a ride from Cheyenne to Scottsbluff. On the 1 1/2 hour drive, I discovered that she is totally unchurched, and had been through a painful divorce years ago. She moved to Scottsbluff to be near her son, who was in law enforcement. I shared with her the story of Joseph, his family trials and his focus on Gods ability to take even the painful chapters of our life and weave them into His purposes and plans for us. I invited her to one of the three services today at The Rock (pastored by Tyson & Tami Lambertson). She remarked as she dropped me off yesterday, This is been incredibly inspirational. The pastor remarked yesterday that he was going to insist on driving the 3 hour round trip to pick me up but felt like this was a divine encounter. Who knows whether she will show up, but seeds were planted, someone else will water them and Im contending that God will complete the circle. Let your daily interruptions become divine opportunities.
