Part-Time Reception / Data Entry We are in need of an Administrative Assistant for our busy office. This person will be an integral part to the office and our company as a whole. It is vitally important that this person is capable of multi-tasking and be extremely detail oriented - you will be handling a large amount of data entry on a daily basis along with incoming requests from internal employees, all of which are high priority. Multi-tasking and details are the least of it - you need to be the type of person that remains calm, cool and collected under pressure. When it comes down to it, this is a customer service role that provides customer service to our internal employees. It is essential that you have impeccable communication skills - both verbal and written, and the drive and motivation to take this administrative role and grow it and yourself to the next level. Responsibilities: • Manage the data entry for an insanely busy office • Handle backup for the front desk receptionist and incoming calls like a switchboard operator, but with the finesse of personal attendant • Build and maintain relationships with internal employees - always making them feel that they are your first priority Requirements: • 4 year college degree • 1-2 years experience in an office environment • Detail oriented and organzied The role will be 20 hours per week to start but has the potential to go full-time.
