Part Time Receptionist/Teacher Aide (West Loop) Little Green Tree House, an eco-friendly preschool and child care center, is looking for a warm individual to work at our front desk and spend time subbing in classrooms. We are seeking someone who is friendly, has the ability to multi-task, and is interested in contributing to the welcoming environment of our school. This position includes some time helping out in classrooms during lunch breaks and when teachers are out sick. Duties include: Answering phones Scheduling tours Greeting families Screening visitors Light clerical work Covering classrooms when needed Requirements: Strong communication and social skills Flexible personality Ability to think on your feet Excel in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working with children preferred High school degree and some college coursework required This is a 11:30 - 6 pm, Monday - Friday position.
