Part of my belief about Easter is that Resurrection happens regardless of whether I feel like it, or whether I am open to it, or for that matter, whether or not I believe in it. Resurrection, the stubborn rebirth of Hope in the midst of despair, just IS. Alleluia! And so I make my prayer for this Easter morning, and for the good people whose church morning I will in part facilitate: May I be a midwife to the Holy, and may the Love I have given and been given be a source of strength, guiding my feet and hands and voice on this blessed day. Amen. May it be so.
