Part of yesterdays leg & butt burning circuit! Client Liz came to me as a long distance runner. She had very little muscle or strength. We have totally reshaped her body through strength training - shes leaner, stronger & happier! Dont skip strength training when wanting to get lean & reshape your body! Traditional, steady pace, long distance cardio wont do! Keep up the good work Liz! #bodiedbyremi
