If you were able to answer YES to the above questions, here are the more specific qualifications that our ideal candidate should have: • Have an endurance and/or strength-based sport background. • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a retail setting in a position of increasing responsibility. • Management and organizational experience. • Moderate to high-level knowledge of using social media in a retail setting, along with Internet marketing and online sales. • A desire to accept a position of trust with future pay increases and promotion possibilities. • Self-starter who can who is able to succeed with little supervision. • No criminal history or current illegal drug use. • Prior active duty and retired military are encouraged to apply.
